Sprains

Sprains are a very common injury that can happen to anyone. They may occur when the ligaments that hold your bones together over stretch or tear under unexpected or substantial force, motion, or pressure. Sprains can result in the shoulder, elbow, wrist, knee, and ankle joints.

A major sprain or several minor sprains can lead to permanent joint instability. The majority of sprains can be treated with non-surgical methods; however our surgeons our experienced with surgical options for sprains and evaluate each case on an individual basis.
